Returns & Exchanges

Welcome to our Return & Exchange Policy. At Chic Cuir, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with every purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in the original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or customised are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to initiate a return or exchange

  • Contact our Customer Service at [email/phone] with your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for shipping.
  • Pack the item securely, include the RA#, and ship it back using a courier with tracking.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Processing & Refunds

  • Upon receipt of your returned item and inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • For refunds: Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • For exchanges: Once the returned item is approved, we will dispatch the replacement item at no additional cost.

4. Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be in original, resalable condition: no signs of wear, damage, washing, or missing tags/packaging.
  • Returned items missing accessories, tags or free gifts may be disqualified for full refund.
  • Items showing clear damage, alteration or misuse will not be eligible for return/exchange.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping in this case and will either issue a full refund or a replacement, depending on availability.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (for example size or colour), follow the same return process and select the item you want instead.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

7. Store Credit

  • If a refund is approved but you used a promotion or discount code, the refunded amount may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Store credit issued will have no expiry unless stated otherwise.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, customised/personalised items, gift cards, and clearance goods marked “No Returns” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.

9. Changes to Policy

  • Chic Cuir reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
